Contact your bank's fraud helpline
Call your bank immediately to block the transaction and freeze your account if needed. Most banks have 24/7 fraud helplines.

File with RBI if no response in 30 days
If your bank doesn't resolve the complaint within 30 days, escalate to RBI through the Integrated Ombudsman Scheme.

File an FIR at local police station
